EasySTD ("EasySTD," "we," "us," or "our") operates an informational website that reviews and compares STD testing services. This policy applies to information we collect through our website and related pages. It does not apply to the practices of third parties we link to, such as labs, clinics, or testing services, whose own privacy policies govern any information you share with them directly.

2. Information we collect

We collect limited information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners may set cookies and use similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and track referrals to partner services. See section 4 for details.

5. Analytics & advertising partners

7. Affiliate relationships

8. Data retention & security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law.

• EEA/UK (GDPR). Rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability.
• California (CCPA/CPRA). Rights to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.

10. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

EasySTD is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
